Pitch perfect: When Mills Adams and Andrew Singleton began working on Xfinity this year, they came up with “The WiFi Is Booming,” a campaign starring an 1850s Gold Rush prospector—not the most intuitive move for an internet provider. Singleton’s advice? “Start working on your impressions. If you want to sell the Old Prospector script, you’re gonna have to do the Old Prospector voice.”
